Decongest roads with higher taxes. That sounds insane, yet it would work. However, you'd get similar results if you had the police kill every third motorist.

America's corporate execs are becoming quite the recyclers despite their excessive lifestyles and gargantuan bank accounts. Trash is a cheap resource and whoever in this group of goons masters it, stands to make an easy fortune.

Frankly, I never understood how Blair could go along with "us" to the Middle East when the whole matter was extremely unpopular in your country. Then again, I had to ignore much of what President Bush said about the matter in order to understand. Sad.

hmmm....it's like this. To control carbon levels, the idea is to tax, get this, so much for every mile driven. This would require a box gadget in the car which communicates with a satellite or something. Yes, insane. It'll probably happen.
As for Mr Blair, who will exit in about two months, the man is just ego, over-inflated to the max. It's just it took people about 5-years to realize that, as well as his being a complete knob.
I don't think Blair had a choice in the whole middle-east cartoon that played out from 2002-2003. Just ask yourself, what would you do? This especially, when you a psychotic president saying "You are either with us or with the terrorists." If Blair would have said "No" outright, we'd be just another France. And we are not. It's tough ethics.

I imagine some sort of carbon tax hitting the US in the near future. But imagine the energy saved if the device were left off of cars. Also, wouldn't it be more prudent of your government to raise gasoline taxes instead of taking the time to count everyone's mileage? Certainly, there could be incentives for folks that use less, but jeez! The expense.

"You're with us or you're against us". It will never make sense. I'd say yes to Afghanistan in order to maintain good will and then I'd consider a very, very small, temporary role in Iraq. Bush, thanks to stupid things he's said previously, can't rationally make the case for leaving Iraq unless it's an undisputed success story. I'd figure someone on his payroll would know how to explain it to the American people, but so far I've been wrong.

This one was pretty stupid, too: "we've got to fight them over there so we won't have to fight them over here." I couldn't believe that one either, but people seemed to listen.

Re: Russo's Revenge

Bush's logic, or the Rupublican parties is really messed up. Okay, even I when I say this thought they had succeeded in there mission to much naivety when I saw this. The same can be said for many others too. Image
The problem I guess, is bad management, or strategy. Instead of handing power back to the Iraqis, they sat put, and in the meantime pissed of the locals, Bin laden & co and surprise, surprise...it's gotten worse and worse. Maybe, there fault was that, as with Afganistan before, American thought it could just use Iraq as a placement for more bases etc. Plus, all that oil. They probably weren't expecting all the hassle they have now. And the bad logic..the idea that chasing these terrorists (or people with an ideological nutty belief system) and killing them would solve the problem. But as we know, it has created more.
As for you idea of raising 'petrol' prices in exchange for the mileage box idea, I can assure you that it won't happen. The prices are sky-high as of now. Thankfully, I don't drive yet though. You see when I was 18, had the money to do it, worked etc, I blew it. My problem was that I'm scared of getting behind the wheel of a car. Something which has been ingrained in me ever since I was run over, and subsequently nearly killed at the age of 4. I can picture that day as clear as today my friend, and I cannot forget. And at 18, didn't bother because of that. Maybe in future though. I guess cars are essential, especially with women and work. But for now I can manage without the car and the high prices of petrol.

oh...and check this out. Another video by my big bro, Adi. It rips into the weird art-tards from deviant art and showcases their 'artwork'.

Ahhh. I remember seeing the statue fall but it didn't inspire much optimism in me for some reason. It looked like an obvious set-up in the midst of the conflict and that's just cheap.

All in all, the whole affair has been mismanaged. Someday Washington will figure out that terrorism is like a disease. Yes, you can kill the patient, but the real victory is in prevention.

Not to make a light of your fear, but do you expect some sort of Final Destination scene with a string of improbable accidents leading to your dead body being launched across the Thames clad in women's clothing? No, don't answer that.

And the Republican party is very messed-up. It could very well lose it's identity in the very near future.

Be like me. Buy a "slightly used" police vehicle, and silently dare other motorists to harm you as they zoom by. I was doing that very thing today. The vehicle has an excellent frontal crash rating. If you must hit something head-on, this is the vehicle for the job. It has a health amount of torque, too. So if you need to push the opposing vehicle out of your way after destroying it, it's good to go for that.

Otherwise, let me take this opportunity to remind you to NOT use your vehicle as a tool of jihad against the west.

What vehicle!? And that's another thing about you Americans, you say vehicle with three syllables: ve-hi-cle. That really cheeses me off.

Dude. I didn't say vehicle. But I know what you mean. I've done it. I think I usually say "vee-hikkel", which is the closest I'll ever get to saying it properly. But then, it is a three-syllable word, right? And not three separate words that you say as if your tongue were frozen.

Maybe now you have a reason to acquire a vee hick cull and use it against the west. I don't know.
