Two things first: I came here this evening because Alex Jones and a panel of 9/11 conspiracists are on C-SPAN. I haven't been watching very closely, but I've seen no convincing evidence. It's largely a bunch of rhetoric. Currently a gentleman is suggesting that there will be a US war against Iran, because people around the nation's capitol are preparing for such. Second thing: I read a bit of Icke's book. My mind is boggled.

Yep, I've seen it. Did a search after you did your post and watched a downloaded torrent version. From what I could tell, yes, it was just a bunch of people spouting rhetoric. Still, I believe this talk was more or less for the cameras. If you want evidence, it's up to the individual. Alex Jones' work is credible cause you'll be able to trace fact. However, Dylan 'Loose Change' Avery's is speculative, so should be ignored. Overall, I thought it was a good discussion.

As for reading a book by David icke, I'm ashamed of you. This time next week you'll be prancing about in turquoise, sporting a mullet haircut and wondering the streets of Sedona, where all the new-age loonies live. Perhaps, you'll open up a shop there selling 'Healing Crytals' which you'll tell people will elleviate negativety. As well as this, whenever you post on my forum, you'll end every post with "LOVE & PEACE FROM THE 4TH DEMENSION, MICHAEL"
Seriously though, what's his book like? Where'd you buy it? Did you get any weird looks from the sales clerk? Which book is it? If it's 'The Biggest Secret' then god help you. Although anything by icke will most likely bring on a brain aneurysm.

Alex, you need to let go of your hatred.

Overall, I must agree that Jones is the best. He's like Rush Limbaugh without major party support and pain killers. I still giggle when I see video of him "confronting" the elite with a megaphone.

The Biggest Secret. The Little Secret That Could(Oh wait I like that title..). Master and Reptile On The Far Side Of The World. Beorolf. Duck, You Reptile! I don't have anymore alternate titles...

Actually, I began reading and was staggered by the first chapter. I've got to research his loosely-cobbled theory of man's history(10000 BC to 1500 BC) and the geology of Earth. Whites are from Mars. Who knew? Anyhow, I stopped after the first chapter so I could hunt some supporting evidence. Chapter two was titled "Don't mention the reptiles". Yeah, he knows that he's nuts.

I told the clerk to call me Alex.

[sign in to see URL]. Seems from the first sentence alone Icke has brainwashed you. That's the problem with these guru types like Icke, they can say anything and make you believe it to be true. Unfortuantely the world isn't as simple as Icke and many others tell it to be.
They say, when reading a book you go into a state of consciousness known as alpha, this means that books like Icke's can using suggestion make the unbelievable seem believable. Then there's the art of rhetoric, Icke's forte. Watch one of his 'lectures' and you'll see. This is why I avoid Icke like the plague. The man is dangerous.
Just one question, Michael, only one. WHY?!?!
Why did you buy the book?

Impossible. I own South Carolina. But, seriously, calm yourself. Feel peace. While shape-shifters control the world.

It's funny. Just this evening, a friend and I were watching a television program about Freemasons. I dazzled him with a few Illuminati factiods several seconds before the commentator mentioned the information. He was surprised at my knowledge. Realizing what I had done made me feel ill. I don't want to be one of those NWO devil-seers, but the die is cast. Eventually, I'll read all of his books, even if it means I won't have time for anything else. I'm changing my name to David Mike.

And, to think, it was you that turned me on to Icke. Thanks, guy.

Yes, a little sarcasm emoticon , though I did wonder for a second as to whether you were being serious or not.
Anyways, stear clear of Icke, he'll suduce you if you aint careful. He is gifted, a genius to some extent. But still, if he is a genius, he's wasted it on nonsense.

I have to wonder if you are being serious though. Could it be that you could become a real 9/11 truther? I can picture the scene now, as you and countless other truthers storm the mourners gathering a ground zero on the 5th anniversary this year , screaming "Inside Job! It was an Inside Job! " and "Bush, the antichrist, he did it!" You push mourners to the ground and suddenly a chinese man steps forward. "Konichwa" he says. You say "Hi". Suddenly, he pulls out a gun and shoots you dead as the mourners cheer, "The idiot child is dead!" The other truthers run off, while you lay dead on the ground. Then the chinese man pulls down his pants and underwear and craps on your face, telling the mourners, "Yey! My name is Hoq Man Chu, yah?". The tears of the mourners turns to laughter and Fox News commends Hoq Man Chu with a medal of bravery.

Cold commentary, indeed. But no, Icke is no genius. He is insane. Delusional. Maniacal. Insulated by his supporters to the extent that his rhetoric does nothign less than grow stranger as time goes on. I'm okay with your forecast as long as someone doesn't forget to give a bullet to Thermite Guy. Hate that Thermite Guy.
