Re: when rockstars find god
Having found God, he now doesn't want to be in the band. Ahem. What did God say to him? "Ditch those posers, quick as you can. Join LimpWristik. They forking ROCK. And rap too, because that's how cool they are."
I've never been a fan of Korn, with all of that "suburbanite quest for identity" and "youth angst". They were actually pelted with glass bottles when they performed in concert near my hometown. Not to condone the locals, but at least we don't have to worry about the Super Metal Assault World Tour Featuring Godyell, Deep Purple II, Metallurgica, Aluminum Deck Nails, and SouthPark Creators(Blah Blah and Mr. Whatever).
Tattoos help them find the truth...
and beer
and groupies
and living in a tour bus
and making lots of money
..but if MacDonald's makes money, so should everyone. Long live Korn. Or something.
Korn. Unlisten. Uninspire. Uncreate. Unpaycheck. Ungig. Unlabel. Unmove in with parents for the third time.
Till next time: keep screaming and acting like willing victims of sexual abuse.
--- They said it could not be done....with integrity. Already
I hear the Oscar buzz, and I realize it's time to put him back into his
cage.

very true. I used to love Korn when I was in that stage, but now they're faggy. I loved all sorts of rock music, but now hate most of it for what it stands for a lot of the time - whining rebellious teenagers with black hair, black nails, black eye-liner, black clothing and pale or little pubic dopeheads with t-shirts that say 'white pony - deftones' - yes, and? What am I supposed to go out and buy their record now or something. jesus.
The only band that I've really stuck to from the era of the my life is Alice in Chains, because at least they had lyrical worth, which is rare is those genres of music.
