Here in Holland people call every movie with zombies, monster etc. B movies except the ones with a good story and a high budget.

Some people mention films as C movies. I guess those really suck.
B movies, like various UFO, monster, and 1980's slasher films are often mass-produced, as most are intended solely for box-office release. Night of the Living Dead is considered one of the greatest B movies. I don't think Dawn is acknowledged as a B or C movie, because many people aren't aware of it. If it were available in more theaters, it would be considered a B movie. Another consideration of B movies is the usage of unknown actors and crew.
